Monthly pass application procedure

  • Download application (Portal_Knowledge management_General affairs knowledge_forms_[Sejong] Monthly pass· Discount ticket · Parking fee information or Portal_General notice_[Sejong] Monthly pass· Discount ticket · Parking fee information), fill out and submit to General Affairs Team e-mail (kuspark@korea.ac.kr)
  • If it can’t be e-mailed, submit to General Affairs Team (Administration Building Rm. 103)
  • General affairs staff verifies the application, vehicle registration and payment details (Automatic deduction from payroll excluded)
  • Registration is processed based on the date of payment
  • Please refer to the attached information for monthly pass documents and detailed procedures.
Parking fee payment (Automatic deduction from payroll excluded)
  • Payment account: KEB Hana Bank 670-910036-66005 (Beneficiary: Korea University Sejong Campus)
  • Remitter: Name+ Last 4 digits of license plate number (ex. Leesejong1234)

* Payment for monthly pass/discount tickets is not accepted by cash, and must be made to the designated accounted before applying. Also, please be noted that there will be no separate refund or prorated calculation.
