Introduction

Division of Sport Science aims to train students with potentials to perform widely in both domestic and international sports field by continuously cultivating (challenge spirit, creativity, sincerity) expertise (professionalism and practical skills in sports science) and global performance competence (understanding international sports environment and communicating globally) with firm sense of purpose in global sports science and commitment (passion for sports science).

Desirable characters

1. Global communication ability
A person with foreign language proficiency, extensive knowledge in sports and rich experience that can become a global leader in sports science area

2. Practical convergence ability
A person with great interest and competence as an entrepreneur in global sports science using sports science contents

3. Challenging competence
A person that has demonstrated outstanding competence in sports games that can become a global sports player or sports scientist

Career after graduation

Upon graduation, students can pursue various career fields based on sports science (health promotion, sports medicine, sports techno business).

• Health promotion field: Personal trainer, sports exercise specialist, sports centerᐧfitness center executive and manager
• Sports medicine field: Athlete trainer of professional sports team, sports rehabilitation specialist at hospitals
• Sports techno business field: Sports science equipment distribution specialist, Sports goods and clothing distribution specialist, smart healthcare service planner and developer
