Introduction to Hoyeonhaksa

Hoyeonhaksa Student Residence is equipped with beds, desks and wardrobes arranged for individual use. Also, there are resting room, seminar room, audio-visual materials room, broadcasting room, shower room, laundry room, ironing room, restaurant, cafeteria and reading room. LAN facilities are installed in the entire building, enabling free communication and information exchange. The facility and environment are perfect in developing workforce needed in times of internationalization, informatization and professionalization.

Hall of Freedom

Opened in February 1989, Hoyeonhaksa Hall of Freedom is an environment-friendly and beautiful building that stands in harmony with the mountain at its back. It is four-storied with one basement level. 7,920㎡ in area, it has 192 rooms occupied by 573 (three in one room) male students.

Hall of Justice

Opened in February 1994, Hall of Justice is an exclusive female dormitory working in line with Hall of Freedom. It is a four-storied building with one basement level. 3,399㎡ in area, there are 59 rooms (four in one room) occupied by 236 female students. Hall of Justice was remodeled during summer vacation of 2006. There is a transparent and air-conditioned elevator between the central circular stairs. In each room, there are system-type heating and cooling facilities. Each floor is equipped with clean public restroom, shower rooms with the newest shower booths and powder room with hair dryers. The basement is equipped with laundry room while each central hall has accessory facilities for the occupants.

Hall of Justice

Hoyeonhaksa Hall of Truth, established in February 2004, is a nine-storied super-modern building. The building is divided at the center, around the cafeteria in the form of a ship just about to leave, into male and female wings. 16,615.5㎡ in area, it is nine-storied above the ground with one basement level. There are two wings, one for females and the other for male, consisting of 307 rooms (three in one room). If fully occupied, total numbers of male and female occupants are 478 and 427, respectively.

Hoyeon Building 4, Hoyeonhaksa was established in March 2009. 20,460㎡ in area, it consists of the first basement level and eight stories high on the ground. It is a hotel-level facility with 357 rooms shared by two persons, respectively and 42 single rooms.
