Korea University Sejong Campus University Job Plus Center Holds 'Job Aptitude PASS' Program for the First Semester of 2024
The Korea University Sejong Campus University Job Plus Center announced that it conducted the Job Aptitude PASS program online for a total of seven days from April 1 to 9 to strengthen student employment support programs. A total of 71 students participated in this program.
According to the center's survey of enrolled students (1,189 respondents), 57.1% of respondents indicated that they hope to find employment in large domestic companies or medium/small domestic companies. In response, the center prepared a job aptitude program in preparation for the first half of the year’s recruitment.
The program started with a briefing on employment in large companies and continued with language, mathematical, reasoning section-specific problem type identification and solving past exam questions over 21 hours of education spanning seven days. Additionally, it provided basic textbooks for students encountering job aptitude tests for the first time, opportunities to take mock exams to develop practical skills, and lecture explanations.
Student Jun Soomin, who participated in the program, shared her thoughts, "I had never studied job aptitude before, so I didn't know how to approach the problems, but the detailed explanations were very helpful."
Relatedly, the Korea University Sejong Campus University Job Plus Center is conducting various employment and career programs and actively responding to the changing employment environment through the operation of diverse employment programs.
