<Sejong HRD Organization Starts '2019 Local Industry Professional Raising Project'>

With the start of the 'DB Engineering Practical Development Process,’ the Sejong HRD Organization is planning the ‘2019 Local Industry Professional Raising Project’ from April 12 on. The project, supervised by the Labor Union, is currently the main project that intends to improve regional industry and to solve the job demand problem via practical education that the union provides. In January, Korea University Sejong Campus was selected to be one of the project stations.

Sejong Campus will be operating a total of 12 training programs until October with the start of the 'DB Engineering Practical Development Training,’ and 'Cultivation of Soon-to-graduate Students and Non-employees' between May and July. All the attendees will be provided with training materials and remuneration which is expected to satisfy both those who are preparing to be employed and those already employed.

Kim Myunggi, leader of the Sejong HRD Organization, beamed happily while saying, "Our University is quickly getting ready for the Fourth Industrial Revolution's regional corporation job demand through a professional raising project. Please keep us in mind as we will add more programs through feedback from locals who are unemployed and small businesses."
